Curriculum Vitae

Christian Toth has been working at the Department of Education at TU Kaiserslautern since 2020. Previously, he was a research and teaching assistant at the Institute of Educational Science at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. He completed his doctorate at the University of Mainz with a thesis on Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), which he investigated in the context of personality and procrastination effects on learning performance. He is currently researching digital games in formal and informal learning settings in his project "Researching Digital Games" (Instagram: @rdg_group). In general, his research focuses on digital media in teaching and learning contexts.
